Looking for a Finance Managers at a Car Dealership: Full-time Opportunity

Company Overview: Join our team at Lavery Automotive, a General Motors New & Used Automotive Car Dealership.
We specialize in providing quality vehicles and financing options tailored to meet our customers' diverse needs. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

Position: Automotive Finance Manager

Location: Alliance, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department within the dealership.
• Guide customers through the financing process, offering suitable financing and insurance options that meet their needs and budget.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding automotive financing and insurance.
• Work closely with sales and office team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
• Maximize profitability by achieving finance and insurance sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies.
• Train and mentor sales staff on best practices and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and dealership performance metrics.
• 5-day work week with one 1 late night per week (7pm) No Sunday hours

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented environment
• Degree isn't required
• RouteOne, CDK/Dealertrack, Darwin experience is a plus
