Looking for a New & Used Car Sales Team Leader

Lavery Automotive in Alliance, Ohio is hiring a full time Sales Team Manager. 
You will be responsible for your tasks, duties and training as well as lead a team of 10 Sales Consultants. 

We offer benefits including paid vacations, paid holidays, Health, Dental and Life Insurance benefits and a 401K with match.
5 day work week. Must be able to work on Saturdays.

What this job could included but not limited to: 
Responsibilities
  • Product implementation of new tools and software
  • Product performance of current suite of software
  • High level metrics and conversations around digital retailing, finance process and the customer experience
  • Management of sales team members and the CRM tool
  • Analysis and ongoing coaching of internet leads, templates, texting campaigns, voicemails, chats and emails
  • Assist with budgets and marketing spend across multiple automotive marketing software and tools
  • Assist with creating custom campaigns on new and used cars
  • Help encourage and set team goals 
  • Learn, monitor merchandising and recondition of used and new car inventory
  • Customer service when responding to feedback online and in person
  • Learn and follow specific federal and state laws and regulations in regards to dealership responsibilities with data
  • Follow research industry trends
Qualifications that are not required but a plus when applying 
  • 5+ years experience in automotive or similar setting with internet sales management or product management
  • General Motors experience is also a plus but not required. 
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge including Electric Vehicles 
  • Ability to coach, present to co-worker/team members
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Personal ambition to learn through seminars, events, conferences, podcasts, books and blogs
